Privacy Policy

Reelyze (“Reelyze”, “we”, “us”) operates getreelyze.com, an AI tool that analyzes short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts) and, when you choose to connect it, your Instagram account via the Meta Graph API. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Reelyze you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information. The email address you sign up with and basic profile details needed to run your account.
• Instagram data you connect. If you authorize Instagram via Meta OAuth, we access the posts, media, and insights you grant permission to, such as your reels and their performance metrics.
• Videos you upload or link. The videos you submit for analysis, along with derived data like transcripts, on-screen text, and scene breakdowns.
• Usage analytics. Information about how you interact with the product, such as pages visited and features used, to keep the service reliable and improve it.
• Payment information. When you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; we keep a record of your subscription status and plan.

How we use your information

We use the data above to provide the service (analyze your videos, sync your Instagram insights, generate scripts and coaching, and process your subscription), to keep Reelyze secure and working, to communicate with you about your account, and to improve our features. We do not sell your personal data.

Meta and Instagram data

Connecting Instagram is optional. When you do, we only access the data you authorize through the Meta Graph API, and we use it solely to provide insights inside Reelyze, such as syncing your posts and computing retention, save, and reach metrics. We do not use your Instagram data for advertising and we do not share it with third parties except the processors listed below that help us run the service. You can disconnect Instagram at any time from your settings, which stops further syncing and removes the synced Instagram data we hold for you. Our use of information received from Meta APIs follows Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Third party services

We rely on trusted providers to operate Reelyze, and we share only the data needed for each to do its job:

• Supabase - database, authentication, and storage.
• Stripe - payment processing and subscription billing.
• Anthropic - AI analysis, scripts, and coaching.
• Google Cloud Vision - on-screen text and visual recognition.
• ElevenLabs - AI voiceover generation.
• Meta - Instagram connection via the Graph API.
• Vercel - application hosting and delivery.
• Google Analytics - aggregate usage analytics.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the product is used through analytics such as Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you disconnect Instagram, we remove the synced Instagram data associated with that connection. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can disconnect Instagram at any time and you can delete your account from your settings or by contacting us. To make any of these requests, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Reelyze is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the product.
