Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Reelyze at getreelyze.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Reelyze.
Description of service
Reelyze is an AI tool that analyzes short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts) and, when you connect it, your Instagram account via the Meta Graph API. It provides frame-by-frame analysis, retention and drop-off insights, competitor tracking, a script studio with AI voiceover, and an AI chat trained on your account. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use Reelyze. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable use
You may only analyze content that you own or have the rights to analyze. You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer it, bypassing usage limits, scraping or analyzing content in violation of any platform's terms, uploading unlawful material, or using Reelyze to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.
Usage and API limits
Each plan includes a set allowance of analyses and features, and API access where offered is subject to rate and usage limits. We may apply reasonable technical limits to keep the service stable and to prevent abuse.
Intellectual property
Reelyze, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload or connect. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you. The analysis, scripts, and insights generated for you are yours to use.
Disclaimers
Reelyze is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Our AI output is guidance, not a guarantee. Insights, scores, and recommendations are predictions and suggestions, and we do not promise any specific result, reach, or growth. You are responsible for the content you publish.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelyze and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Reelyze and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that could harm Reelyze or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends, though sections meant to survive (such as intellectual property and liability) remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the product. Continued use of Reelyze after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
